Job Summary
Child Targeted Case Manager responsible for needs assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of services for children in collaboration with families and collateral contacts; monitors progress, ensures reporting of abuse, and delivers services within a multidisciplinary team, requiring a minimum bachelor’s degree and at least one year of post-graduate experience working directly with children; includes CPR/First Aid certification within one month, valid driver’s license, background checks, and adherence to agency policies while handling 20-25 billable cases per month.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Sociology; Social Work; Family Studies; Human Services; Counseling; Nursing; Behavioral Analysis; Public Health; Special Education; Gerontology; Recreational Therapy; Education; Occupational Therapy; Physical Therapy; Speech-Language Pathology; Rehabilitation Counseling; Faith-based Education
- One year full-time post-graduate experience working directly with children
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background checks
- CPR/First Aid certification within one month of employment
- TB risk assessment within 7 days of hire
- Ability to read, adhere to and promote the organization Mission Statement
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Team collaboration and ability to work independently
- Ability to complete record keeping in a timely fashion
- Ability to formulate treatment objectives for the person served
- Ability to engage with diverse populations
- Knowledge of Behavioral Health concepts
