Job Summary
Seeking a Case Manager for Meskwaki Nation Child Support Services to manage child support cases, ensure compliance with policies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and strong ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in human service or child support field
- 2 years' experience in human service or child support field
- Ability to obtain Notary in the State of Iowa
- Bondable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Meskwaki Indian children or families
- Knowledge of Meskwaki culture and tradition
- Experience with Tribal or District Court systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Additional Requirements
- Native American Preference
- Pass high background investigation
