Provide individualized supervision and care for residents in a trauma-informed therapeutic milieu; deliver skill development, daily living instruction, counseling, and behavioral support; manage household tasks; coordinate transportation; engage families for reunification; maintain documentation and reporting; adhere to OMH ratio requirements and the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement; HS diploma required and NY driver’s license required; position based in Manorville, NY with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly wage.
