Job Summary
On-call Child Support Professional delivering individualized supervision and therapeutic support to youth in residence within the Community Residence Program. Provide trauma-informed, strength-based care, supervise daily living skills, household routines, transportation, and counseling; participate in service planning, documentation, and incident reporting; promote family engagement and reunification; support residents’ emotional development and independence; collaborate with clinical staff and participate in events such as the Family Bonds Retreat. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid New York State driver’s license. The role entails working with youth with emotional or behavioral needs and supporting a safe, therapeutic milieu.
Required Qualifications
