Job Summary
Provide individualized supervision and therapeutic support to youth in residence within the Community Residence Program, delivering trauma-informed care, skill development, and family engagement. Duties include supervising residents, teaching daily living and independence skills, coordinating transportation, assisting with household responsibilities, participating in service planning, offering informal counseling and behavioral support, documenting progress and incidents, and ensuring safety and program compliance; adherence to OMH standards and the agency’s ratio requirements (3:1 awake and 4:1 overnight) with alignment to union rules and family involvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid New York State driver’s license (required)
