Job Summary
Conduct psychological assessments and therapy for children aged 6 and above while maintaining active Medicaid provider status. Develop treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and collaborate with team members to deliver culturally competent care to diverse populations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records throughout the process. This hybrid role requires one on-site day per week with remote work options, and candidates must hold a New York State Psychology License, a PhD or PsyD, and be bilingual in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active New York State Psychology License
- Residing in the tri-state area
- Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
- Active Medicaid
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in child psychological assessments and evidence-based therapies
- Cultural competence
- Empathy
- Strong communication with children and families
