Job Summary
Conduct initial screenings and comprehensive evaluations of students' social and emotional well-being to determine eligibility for services or dismissal. Collaborate with school staff and families regarding students' psychological needs, while participating in the IEP process to develop present levels of performance, goals, and treatment recommendations. Provide psychology sessions using current best practices based on prescribed services and maintain all required documentation including daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs. This on-site role supports student evaluations within a collaborative, pediatric-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold ESA from the state of residence office of Superintendent of Public Instruction
- NCSP Certificate issued after December 31, 1991 by the National School Psychology Certification Board
