Job Summary
Child PA role focusing on full-time, on-campus houseparent duties for a two-person married couple. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and eventual transition to a stable, same-household placement. Requires a legally married couple (two spouses) age 27+, with HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to reside in on-campus student homes with comprehensive benefits and relocation training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Clean driving record and driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive student vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Possession of appropriate certifications as required to supervise and mentor students
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Experience working with youth preferred
