Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in on-site student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel services, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent in a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to become certified to drive student vans), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
