Two-person fully-benefited Full-time Flex Houseparent positions at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (approximately 8–13 students per home) and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support to foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting household activities, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle as Houseparents, with eventual placement into a consistent home with the same students. Benefits include salary per person (approximately $44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training. Requires a two-year married partnership, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and the ability to oversee a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with restrictions on alcohol; both spouses must submit individual applications to be considered.
