Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for ~8–13 students; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and housing reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; role can transition to Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $44,768 per person.
