Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home, with eventual long-term residence in a dedicated home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-person role for married couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
Additional Requirements
- Married couples only
- no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Judeo-Christian Chapel services; proselytizing prohibited
