Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in a student home, responsible for supervision and mentorship of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmentally focused and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially covering nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a dedicated student-home, providing life-changing care and guidance in a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Proven ability to work in a live-in home environment with youth
- Completed individual employment applications by both spouses
