Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a stable student-home assignment. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total for the couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires a two-year married status, age 27+, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; driving students’ home vans will be required; equal opportunity for both spouses to apply.
