Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive and plan activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, and eventually transition to a placed Houseparent with same students. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Compensation includes salary per person plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; includes paid training and on-site housing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse collaboration in a single role
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
