Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of routines for a group of approximately 8–13 students; administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions with Sunday Chapel attendance. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more), comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Required: high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, willingness to lead students in devotions, and a commitment to a two-person, married-couple arrangement with both spouses applying individually; optimistic for growth and ongoing support in student success.
