Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a committed, smoke- and weapon-free campus lifestyle; benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive insurance.
