Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, guidance, and a structured, family-like environment for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty cycles to a placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; offers relocation assistance and paid training, with comprehensive benefits.
