Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in a student home, supervising and guiding 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and paid training. Requires two-spouse, legally married partnerships with both spouses applying; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
