Job Summary
Family-like Full-time Flex Houseparents needed for on-campus student homes supporting 8–13 students. Two married spouses reside in a home, provide supervision, mentorship, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same students in their home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year married status, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Certification to drive student home vans (to become certified)
