Child PA

Married couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition to aPlaced Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Qualifications require youth-related experience, a two-year-married couple, both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children per home, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with Judeo-Christian chapel involvement; both spouses must apply individually.
