Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to living and working with the same student home as a Placed Houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a safe, faith-aligned campus environment.
