Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially rotating through multiple homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement into a dedicated student home. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED; two-year married duration and both spouses aged 27+, with adherence to a smoke- and weapon-free campus and family-friendly, Judeo-Christian chapel participation. - Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-year married duration minimum for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples (must apply individually)
