Milton Hershey School seeks two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) to reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and development support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
