Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities: supervise routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ~$44,768 (total ~ $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive insurance, retirement, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
