Job Summary
Two-person married couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The position involves living in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 813 students, including managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and may transition into a Placed Houseparent who lives and works with the same group of students. Compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Employment applications must be completed individually by both spouses.
