Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing guidance, supervision, and care. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Initial scheduling involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and two-year married-couple eligibility with both spouses applying individually. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
