Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise ~8–13 students, provide mentorship and daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental/recreational activities, and lead daily devotions with Sunday Chapel attendance. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role with ongoing on-site residence in the same student home. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requires youth experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27+. Relocation assistance provided, salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
Additional Requirements
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
