Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus in Hershey, PA to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married (spouses)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Committment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to be certified to drive student vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications by both spouses
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Experience working with youth
