Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, and planning developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off cycle to a placed-houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. - Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to relocate to Eden, TX (on-campus housing) and live in student homes
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
