Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus in Conway, AR. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, scheduling, and activities for 8–13 students, including medication administration, transportation to activities, daily devotions, and chapel. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Proselytizing prohibited during devotions/chapel services
