Two-person married couple sought for Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They will reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for approximately 8–13 students, mentor and guide development, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. After an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, couples may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group in their home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old to consider applying, with the opportunity to contribute to students’ academic, emotional, and social development within a structured family-like environment.
