Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent positions on a campus housing program for 8–13 students. Couples reside in student homes, supervise and mentor students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, ages 27+, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty). Salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Training provided; on-campus housing included. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism; ability to be role models for students
