Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA and New Brunswick, NJ, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, scheduling, medications, transport to activities, devotions, and Chapel participation. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package per couple around $168,000 with housing and meals included.
