Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
