Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Pembroke Park, FL, supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Benefits include a per-person salary of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans.
