Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, eventually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old, no more than three dependent children, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to lead Judeo-Christian daily devotions and Chapel services; proselytizing prohibited.
