Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development of routines and devotions. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, budgeting and reporting, planning and leading activities, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include a per-person salary of $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, two-year married status for both spouses, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Applicants must have experience with youth and complete individual applications for both spouses; location is Perth Amboy, NJ (US).

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
