Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental activities and devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive health coverage, relocation assistance, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions. Requires youth experience, a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license, and eligibility for driving student vans; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
