Job Summary
Child PA role: Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a schedule of nine days on and three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, smoke-free, weapon-free campus; role designed for a married couple (two-person, both spouses must apply). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free campus; weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
