Job Summary
Child PA role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes; provide care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students, including driving to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and reporting; schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent. Requires two-person, fully cooperative teamwork, on-campus housing, and compliance with campus guidelines; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage required
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with youth
- Committment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet limits (fish and one dog)
- Proselytizing prohibited
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
