Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead development/recreational activities, and oversee routines and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Duties also include leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and coordinating with school activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse employment applications complete by both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
