Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Chapel services
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
