Job Summary
Child PA role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a schedule of nine days on and three off, then transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation and paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
