Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a pathway to transition into a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. The position requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary is paid per person with total compensation for couples noted separately.
