Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a married couple will reside on campus in student homes (approximately 8–13 students per home) to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same home.
