Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus supervising and guiding 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising household routines and schedules, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, free housing and meals on duty, and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
