Job Summary
Dual on-campus live-in role as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, scheduling, medication administration, transportation, and development activities for a group of 8–13 students, with duties including budgeting, daily routines, and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel; positions start with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a dedicated Houseparent in the same student home, and includes relocation and paid training benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage minimum for consideration
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
