Job Summary
Two-person on-campus live-in role as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of routines, medication administration, and active engagement in student development. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a steady placed houseparent assignment.
