Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide care and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/nine-days-off rotating schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
